Patifot sells a software subscription only. We do not sell or ship iPads, printers, cameras or paper: you use your own equipment.

What the plan includes

  • Classic mode: every photo carries your event frame, and the guest sees the result before it prints.
  • Four DNP QW410 print formats: the 10×15 full sheet, three 5×10 strips, a 10×10 square with a 5×10 strip, and two 7.5×10 halves.
  • The web dashboard where you prepare and publish events.
  • A closed event archive stored in the EU.
  • Notifications about your booths.
  • Support by e-mail.

iPads and booth seats

Each plan includes one booth seat, so one iPad can work at a time. An iPad occupies a seat from the moment it starts work on an event until it finishes that event. Two iPads at the same event therefore need two seats. A seat becomes free when the iPad finishes the event and the server confirms it, or when you release the seat in the dashboard. If the iPad's permission to run the event expires, or the iPad sits idle, the seat stays occupied.

Standard print, free

Every operator account includes Standard print at no charge: one linked iPad takes a photo and prints it as a 10×15 cm sheet with a white border. No event, no frame or screensaver of your own, no cloud archive: the photo stays on the iPad and is deleted after printing. One iPad per account. Register, link your iPad, print.

To print on more iPads at the same time, choose a plan, or open a separate account with its own e-mail address for each additional iPad. You can make another iPad the printing iPad once every 7 days.

Free trial week

You can try Patifot for 7 days on one iPad without a payment card. You start the trial in your dashboard. The offer stays open for 14 days, and the 7 days start when the first iPad claims the trial. One trial per company: a second account of the same company does not get another trial. The check also applies per iPad and per Apple Account.

When the week ends we charge nothing. Your events stop until you choose a plan; Standard print keeps working on your linked iPad. If you pay for a plan during the trial, the booth keeps working under the subscription without a break.

Our data processing agreement is part of the Terms of Service and applies as soon as your booth processes real guest photos, including during the trial.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each week or month until you cancel it. You cancel in the dashboard, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Paddle under Paddle's refund policy. See our refund policy.

Payment and VAT

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle answers questions about orders, payments and invoices. Patifot provides technical support for the product. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.

Getting an account

Patifot sells to businesses only, under our Terms of Service. You open an operator account yourself: register and confirm your e-mail address. Once your account is open, you can link an iPad for Standard print, or choose the weekly or monthly plan in the dashboard and pay through Paddle.
